Tuscan White Wine IGT
Grape varieties: Trebbiano 90%, Malvasia 10%.
Alcol: 12,5% vol.
Vinification: After a direct pressing, the illimpite grape must is fermented at 17°C in steel.
Aging: 12 months in steel and 3 months in bottle before being sold.
Characteristics: white paper color with golden reflections, intense scent of white flowers, well balanced and fresh flavor.
Gastronomic combinations: serve at 10-12 ° C with fish, white meats and cheeses.
Tuscan Vermentino IGT
Grape varieties: Vermentino 100%.
Alcol: 13% vol.

Assolatio IGT

Vinsanto del Chianti
